Taskforce captured 600 quintals of PDA rice from Jillela- Tagellapally mandal

By the orders of district S.P.Rahul Hegde, under the supervision of district taskforce DSP Ravikumar, S.I Maruthi along with his team captured approximately 600 quintals of PDS rice stocked adjacent to Rythu Vedika at Tangellapally mandal, Jillela village. Through reliable information the rice stocks could be captured. The person who stocked this rice was under escape .As said by the taskforce S.I, this rice was purchased illegally from ration shops and was going to be sold in other states at higher rates. He also warned the people who are doing such illegal deeds will be severely punished under law.
