Tight security arrangements for Group-III exams
RSD- Sircilla news: Section 163 BNSS (Section 144) has been implemented near Group-III exam centers in the district. Strict security arrangements have been made for the conduct of Group-III exams to be held on 17th and 18th of November 2024 in the district, SP Akhil Mahajan, IPS said in a statement. It was informed that 7062 candidates will appear for the Group-III written examination in the district at Sircilla, Vemulawada and Tagalpalli (25) centres under the district limits. Section 163 BNSS (Section 144) will be implemented at the examination centres as per the orders of the District Collector. All Xerox centres, internet centres and loudspeakers near the examination centres will be closed and strict security arrangements will be made for the examinations to prevent people from gathering within 500 metres of the examination centres.
Instructions for candidates appearing for the Group-III examination
- Examination timings: The examination will be conducted from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
- Candidates should reach the examination centre before the scheduled time.
- The gates of the examination center will be closed at 09:30 AM and 2:30 PM
- Students will not be allowed even for a minute late.
- Bags, cell phones, smart phones, watches, calculators and other electronic devices will not be allowed into the examination center.
- Candidates should bring only the exam hall ticket and a pen with them.
- There will be no cloak room facilities for keeping mobile phones and laptops in the examination center.
- Candidates should read and follow all the instructions in their hall ticket.
- They should keep their identity card of the central and state governments along with the hall ticket, biometric attendance (Aadhaar fingerprints) is mandatory for the examination.
- Attendance will be recorded using biometric fingerprints for the preliminary examination. So, do not wear mehndi or tattoos.
- Clean water will be made available near the hall for the students.
- Candidates should remain in the hall till the end of the examination.
- Candidates should reach their room number and allotted seat and check the question paper code.
- No one will be allowed to enter the examination hall except those who are in charge of the exam.
- All candidates will be screened and thoroughly checked before being sent to the examination centre.
- A total of 7062 candidates are appearing.
- Vehicles should be parked in the parking spaces indicated by the police near the school.
