Two thieves sentenced rigorous imprisonment
RSD-Sircilla news: Sircilla Town CI Raghupathi said that Sircilla First Class Magistrate Kaveti Srijana pronounced the verdict on 06.06.2024, sentencing two persons to one year imprisonment and a fine of one hundred rupees in the theft case. CI speaks to this extent, Botla Venkataswamy of Sardar Nagar had built a security wall around the land in the suburbs of Ragudu and installed a gate on it, and the gate of that security wall was stolen. On 03-08- 2023, a complaint was lodged at Sircilla Police Station. A case has been registered and Guduri Kiran Kumar father Dakchanamurthy, Age: 41yrs, Residence: Shantinagar Sircilla, Sheikh Riaz Pasha Father Abdul Nabi, Age: 36yrs, from Mehrnagar have been arrested and sent to remand. After the investigation, the investigating officer S. I Mallesham filed a charge sheet in the court while CMS S.I, Court Constable Vemula Naresh produced the witnesses in court. While Chelumala Sandeep Kumar appeared for the prosecution, Judge Kaveti Srijana, who examined the preliminary aspects of the case, said that Guduri Kiran Kumar and Sheikh Riaz Pasha, both criminals, were sentenced to one year rigorous imprisonment along with a fine of one hundred rupees.
