Additional Responsibilities of Jharkhand Governor as Telangana Governor

RSD-New Delhi news:  Jharkhand Governor CP Radhakrishnan has been given the additional charge as Telangana Governor. Rashtrapati Bhavan said in an announcement on 19.03.2024 that after Tamilisai resigned from the post of Governor, Radhakrishnan was handed over those responsibilities. Telangana Governor Tamilisai’s resignation has been accepted by President Draupadi Murmu. Radhakrishna was also given additional responsibilities as Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry. Rashtrapati Bhavan has released a letter asking Radhakrishnan to take charge the responsibilities of Telangana and Puducherry till full-fledged governors are appointed.Rashtrapati Bhavan said that the appointment will come into effect from the moment of assuming charge.
