Appeal to resolve issues of gazetted principals
RSD- Sircilla news: In view of the Appeal (Lr. No. 1/RSD-TSGHMA/2023 ) to resolve issues of gazetted principals to District Education Officer, Rajannasircilla district , the Telangana State Gazetted Principals’ Association, Rajannasircilla District Department has brought the following points to your attention and represented to be resolved.
1. Lack of subject teachers in various high schools of the district will cause severe loss to the students in the academic year 2023-24. A temporary adjustment has been made in some schools. In some schools, education volunteers are organized by voluntary organizations. Details of struggling schools though

1. In order to overcome this difficulty, once again the adjustment of the teachers is necessary. It is requested to issue appropriate orders.
2. In case of transfers of Principals, their service books should be completed and handed over to the various Principals who have gone on transfer to other districts. Even after three months of transfers, these works have not been completed.
It is requested that the concerned employees can be ordered to complete these works as soon as possible.
3. It has been several days since orders were issued in other districts granting earned leave under FR 82 to those who worked during the summer vacations of 2022, 2023. The delay in Rajannasircilla district is causing concern among the principals.
The relevant orders can be issued and a copy of the same can be given.
Principals’ SBs can be UPDATED.
4. We want to give ID CARDS to all the principals in the district.
We present you the list of principals. You can give permission to use your digital signature.
5. Awareness programs on various topics are to be conducted for the newly promoted Principals.
Training Needed Sectors :
PFMS TRANSACTION, ISMS and CCE ENTRY, IFMIS, UNNATI, Records and Registers to be maintained, TDS and ADVANCE INCOMETAX Form 16, LEAVE RULES ,MDM, UDISE PLUS. In this regard TSGHMA can provide assistance to the department at all times.
6. The delay in release of maintenance expenses due to the respective Chief Superintendents when conducting various examinations can be removed.
For example: SSC spot valuation, NMMS, SSC ASE Examination remuneration, SSC ASE Barcoding. ACO, other staff remuneration, SSC ASE Spot remuneration.
7. Allocations may be made according to the seniority of the Principals in the performance of educational duties.
8. In NSP, if the difficulties in BIO AUTHENTICATION of HOI, INO of 46 schools of HOI, INO cannot be removed, there will be difficulty in providing scholarships to the students of those schools.
