Justice was not served on Praja Divas..! Will justice be done in Thana Diwas..?
District SP Akhil Mahajan organized a “Thana Diwas” program at Ellareddypet mandal police station on 04.05.2023, as part of which Q News reporter posted on social media that by BRS party district president Thota Agaiah and son-in-law Kasula Ramu in the name of caste in the year 2018 some crimes were committed in name of caste and posted the audio in social media. After listening to the audio, the reporter came to the police station and filed a complaint, FIR NO: 156/2018, the police registered a case, but in an attempt to water down the case of this SC ST atrocity, case investigation officer, DSP Venkataramana, additional JFMC as part of an attempt to mislead the case did not send the evidence to the Karimnagar SC ST court but sent to the Junior First Class Magistrate,then upon complaining to the District Judge ,the DSP Chandrasekhar who came next, also attempted to water down the case, gave Thota Agaiya a two-year delay was done even after notice was given from even after the Karimnagar SC ST Court, and also there is no use even after complaining to the present DSP Vishwaprasad. The DSP who is the investigation officer is not able to do justice to the injustice done to a journalist then how will be the justice done to the common people, in the past also when the district SP Rahul Hegde took up the “Praja Diwas” program, a complaint was made on this issue, if the district SP did not pay attention to the district. What is the situation of common people? Moreover, District SP Rahul Hegde, DSP Chandrasekhar, SSI Venkatakrishna have opened a rowdy sheet by filing false cases against the reporter as this case cannot be compromised. It is requested to SP Akhil Mahajan to look into the antecedents and issue instructions to the DSP to immediately put up a charged sheet in the atrocity case.
