Judge N. Premalatha of the 1st Additional District and Sessions Court, Sircilla, issued a verdict on 16.05.2023, imposing life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 5000 on the son in the case of the murder of his mother.

Going into the details of the case on 24-06-2021 in the night ,Yara Rajaiah who is accused in the case of killing his mother with a pestle because he can take the money in the name of his mother.According to the prosecution story, Yara Ellavva of Antagiri village in Illanthakunta mandal, the son Yara Rajaiah killed the mother with the malice of getting 44 lakhs in the bank as he is the nominee for the money. On the complaint of Yara Muttiah’s elder son, the then SI Rafiq Khan registered a case, Sircilla Rural CI Upender investigated and filed a charge sheet in the court. The 10 witnesses in this case were made appeared in the court by C I Upender, SI Rajesh and Court Constable Mahender. Additional Public Prosecutor Pawan Kumar argued, the 1st Additional District and Sessions Court, Sircilla, Judge N. Premalatha, who examined the case precedent, sentenced the accused to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 5,000.

District SP Akhil Mahajan IPS congratulated CI Upender, SI Rajesh and Court Constables Mahender & Naveen CMS SI Srinivas, Constable Narender for presenting witnesses to punish the accused.
