Mega Blood Donation camp by NSS students- Rajannasircilla district

The mega blood donation camp organized by the Indian Red Cross Society Rajanna Sircilla District as a part of the NSS Camp at the local Vikas Degree College which was inaugurated by Mrs. Jindam Kala Chakrapani, President of the Honorary Municipal Association.

In this regard,  Mrs. Jindam Kala Chakrapani, President of the Municipal Association said that it is a great thing that more than 100 students participated in this mega blood donation camp organized by the local Vikas Degree College NSS students under the Indian Red Cross Society today to celebrate the National Service Scheme Day (NSS).

She said that blood donation is great as it gives everyone a chance to save lives and everyone needs to donate blood without any misconceptions.

In this regard, remembering the words of Minister KTR Rao that by organizing various service programs and donating blood through the Gift a Smile program, the organization of  blood donation camps under the Terasa Party is setting an example for many people to develop the sense of service in everyone. She expressed hope that the blood donation done by the students of this Vikas Degree College today will be an inspiration to many students. Later, the students who donated blood were felicitated and presented with certificates of appreciation. Indian Red Cross Society Rajanna Sircilla District President Gudla Ravinder, Vikas Degree College Principal Diddi Srinivas, Guggilla Jagan Goud, Vikas Degree College faculty and students participated in this program.
