PD Act on fake visa providers – District SP

The district SP Akhil Mahajan IPS, conducted counseling for those who are involved in various cases of fraud. Without any permission from the government, saying that fake agents will give jobs and provide employment to those who are looking for jobs abroad.

SP said that the unemployed young men and women of the district give fake visas to the candidates who wants to go to the Gulf for job opportunities and took huge amounts of money from them and send them to the Gulf countries from here. They paid money after taking loans and went there. He said that there is a return journey to the home country or doing some small work there. A case will be registered against the agent who commits such frauds and PD act will be filed and the charge sheet will be opened. He said that surveillance has been arranged. If there is any information related to fake agents, they should inform the concerned police officers.

He said that 14 fake agents have been identified in the district since January and legal action has been taken against them. SP requested that the young people who go to the Gulf countries for employment should approach only licensed agencies and obtain visas through them.

Those who have been cheated by the agencies or agents in the district, if they make a complaint directly to the phone number 8712656411, the officer of the special branch inspector said that the complaint will be properly investigated and if the crime is proved, strict action will be taken against the agent. He said that before contacting the agents in the district, one can know the complete details about them, i.e., whether he is a government agent or a fake agent, what kind of cases are against him, etc. through this number.
