Roads are indicators of development – President of Municipal Corporation Sircilla

Pooja programs for the construction of the dirt water tank to be constructed along the local Venkampeta main road today were conducted by the President of Municipal Corporation Mrs. Jindam Kala Chakrapani and the work was started.

In this regard, Municipal Corporation President Mrs. Jindam Kala Chakrapani said that in view of the daily travel activities of the growing population, keeping in mind the future needs, with the help of Ministers KTR, and his instructions, Venkampeta main road expansion works are being carried out with special funds of around 2 crore 25 lakh rupees. As part of that, there is a need for the expansion of the sewerage system in view of the future needs, as the sewage water that comes out due to the rainwater caused by the monsoon rains flows along this new road.

Similarly, Minister KTR said that various development works have been undertaken in all the wards under the Municipal Corporation with the special funds of around 15 crore rupees allocated for the development of Sircilla Municipal Corporation in the past in order to solve public problems and provide infrastructure to the people.

Moreover, as per the instructions of  Minister KTR, keeping in mind the monsoon season so that the problems of floods do not repeat again an abdominal canal built many years ago has fallen into disrepair. She said that they are rebuilding at a cost of 6 crore 21 lakh rupees.

In the government of  Chief Minister KCR, Minister KTR said that by taking Sircilla Municipal Corporation forward in the path of development, providing basic facilities to the people and bringing special recognition to Sircilla at the national level.

Since roads are indicators of development, according to the ideas of Minister KTR, she said that Venkampet road widening works will be completed with good quality standards and made available to the people very soon. Municipal Commissioner Sammayya, Vice Chairman Manche Srinivas, Councilors Rapalli Aruna Lakshminarayana, Kalluri Latha Madhugaru, Gentyala Srinivas, Kalluri Rajugaru, Diddi Madhavi Rajugaru, Akula Krishna (Chinna) , Municipal Officers, Municipal Staff, Contractor and Ward people participated.
